Biljana Sverko, PE, CFM
Biljana Sverko, PE, CFM has joined our team as a Senior Project Manager in our Water Resources Group!
With 20+ years of experience in water resources and civil engineering, Biljana brings expertise in stormwater infrastructure, floodplain management, and water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure. Throughout her career, she has held both project management and technical roles, as well as led business development efforts. Biljana holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources Engineering from Cleveland State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and a Certified Floodplain Manager.

Hilda Krumins Frigic, PE
Hilda Krumins Frigic, PE has joined the CVE Team as a Construction Engineer!
Hilda brings over 35 years of experience in construction project management. A Cleveland State University alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1988 while gaining practical experience through co-op opportunities at the Ohio Department of Transportation. She retired from ODOT after a successful career that encompassed all facets of heavy highway construction, including roadway and bridge improvements, sewer installation, and traffic signal projects. Hilda is a registered Professional Engineer licensed in Ohio and several other states, and is ODOT prequalified as a Construction Engineer 1 & 2, Inspector, and Structures Inspector. Hilda most recently worked with CDM Smith and Prime AE as a Construction Project Engineer.
